Handover, clearly agreed
Agree the asset inventory and sale terms first. Once payment has cleared, both domains can be transferred to the buyer’s registrar account and the website and artwork supplied as a downloadable package. Hosting, email services, printing and ongoing support are not included unless separately agreed.
The sale agreement will set out the seller’s transferable rights in the supplied brand materials. Mockups are illustrative concepts, not production-ready vehicle-wrap or embroidery files.
Trademark responsibility
The purchaser is responsible for all trademark-related matters, including checking name availability and potential conflicts, obtaining any legal advice, applying for and maintaining registrations, and ensuring that their use of the brand does not infringe third-party rights. The sale does not include a guarantee of trademark availability or protection.
